“What does it take to get well? Can homeopathy fix me? Do I have to upend my life?”
Healing upends your life on some level, always.
That’s because the disease state is an adaptation. Having a crooked stone in the foundation, or a weak muscle in your body, will cause the structure to shift other parts out of internal balance in order to keep the whole thing standing.
The deviation from your state of true health is encased in an infrastructure that will need to change to support you as you shift to whole, complete, health.
The sooner you true up those foundation stones or get your columns plumb, the less maladaptation there will be overall, and the easier it will be make the shift. The best time to start a remedy is when there isn’t much to cure!
However, that’s not usually when people find me. Most of the time, if you are seeking homeopathy, it’s because you don’t feel good, or because you know you could, and should, feel better.
So, what does all this have to do with coffee and bread and alcohol?
Homeopathy is an incredible tool. It can be like magic. And sometimes, the remedy alone will instigate so much shift that all the rest of the pieces sort themselves out.
It is not magic, alas. And no healing modality is operating in a vacuum. Our lives are full of factors that have an impact on our ability to heal.
And yes, sometimes those are things we are really attached to. But no, you don’t have to flip over the table on day one.
My goal is to help you set sail on the healing journey. As you embark on that process, it would be very overwhelming if you also had to change everything about your habits.
So, instead, we talk about those factors, take notes, and observe. Is there improvement with this remedy? If not, is it because of the remedy, or is there an external factor? What would it feel like to change just that one thing?
And on, and on.
I want to see you well, whatever course that takes. I will tell you when I perceive that something you have control over is in your way.
But this process is yours, and I want it to be gentle.
Don’t let your fears about letting go of things you love get in the way of exploring healing. There is no one-size-fits-all.
Is this process for you? Schedule a call! It’s free, and I will always tell you truth as I perceive it.
But do it soon, so that you don’t miss out on special 2023 pricing.

Well, I've already given up coffee, and alcohol. Had to level up to a point where that felt necessary AND "worked" to a certain degree in my life for sure, each time. But eventually I got there - they were both creating too many problems for me anyhow. Bread? Not yet, but I am now making my own with organic heirloom wheat. Baby steps! Thanks for this perspective, being gentle with ourselves in the healing process as we consider all of our options really is the best.
