“My wife tore her ACL. Anyone have experience with this?”
This injury comes up all the time. Our knees are magical and complicated and work hard, and once in a while we go right and they go left, and then suddenly no one is going anywhere.
So when I saw that question, I put together a quick table on that specific type of injury, whether recent or old. There are five cell salts covered in this table, addressing just this issue. I recommend trying to narrow it down to two or three in rotation daily for a couple of weeks, observing any change in the symptoms, and changing the rotation as needed. I always take a break after a couple weeks to see what happens with symptoms.
